| 다채널 A-scan 신호(RF 신호), B-scan 이미지 영상을 기본으로 제공하며, 다채널 초음파 검사를 이용하여 모듈 동시에 여러 샘플을 검사 하거나 여러 부위를 검사 할 수 있도록 S/W 설계가 가능하다. 아래 GUI는 동시에 8개의 샘플을 검사하고 그 데이터를 분석하여 불량 여부를 판단하는 알고리즘을 통해 검사 샘플의 불량 여부를 나타내 준다. |
